Youth Arrests in the United States There are some alarming numbers coming out of a study that was published in Pediatrics Journal this month. The study, headed up by researchers at UNC Charlotte, says that by age 23, as many as 41 percent of the population has been arrested at least once for a non-traffic offense. The researchers are looking at the arrest rates, the risk factors and preventative measures to decrease this alarming rate. The researchers join us to discuss the study.
