NPR's Richard Harris travels to Chattanooga, Tenn., where R.J. Reynolds this week began test-marketing its new 'Eclipse' cigarette. Eclipse is designed to produce much less smoke than normal cigarettes. Even though R.J. Reynolds is not marketing the cigarette as safer, smokers seem to perceive it that way. And health experts question how much safer it really is. Eclipse also raises regulatory issues.
