Budget carrier Spirit Airlines said it will add six new flights from Charlotte Douglas Airport starting in May. The airline will add flights four times weekly to Baltimore and Detroit beginning on May 8 . Spirit will also add twice weekly flights to Indianapolis, Los Angeles, Nashville and Philadelphia starting the next day. The new services in May will bring Spirit’s up to 16 total destinations from Charlotte.
