Paramedics in Charlotte say a person was seriously injured when they were hit by a train Wednesday afternoon in west Charlotte.
The incident was reported around 1:30 p.m. near the intersection of Rozzelles Ferry Road and Honeywood Avenue. The person was brought to Atrium Health CMC for treatment.
Police and paramedics did not provide additional information.
