Bike Sharing in Charlotte There's a new effort to bring widespread bicycle transportation to Charlotte. Today a bike sharing program was unveiled in the city. Soon there will be 20 stations like the one pictured below around the city. You can rent a bicycle from any station and return it to any station. We'll talk about the program, making its first North Carolina appearance with the people who made the program available in the Queen City. We'll also discuss how this program has worked in other cities across the country and how it will change transportation for current and potential cyclists and motorists alike.
