American Harp Society's Charlotte Chapter presents Beste Toparlak, Gold Medalist of the Medallion International Artist Competition in 2018, in recital. In this free program, spanning Romantic, Twentieth Century and Contemporary periods, Toparlak shares beautiful waltzes and intriguing works from French, Polish, Italian, and Dutch composers.
