Wednesday Night Live: Diasporic Dance Workshop with Desiree Wade
Burn calories while learning the basics of movement from Guinea, West Africa. During this workout dance class, you will see the thread in Black American movement to the traditions of the motherland. An experience that is open to beginners and expert dancers alike, healthy and fun movement is the only objective. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes and sneakers, and to bring a bottle of water.
