The Rock Hill Schools Superintendent is stepping down just four years after taking the job. WSOC reports Dr. Tommy Schmolze took the job back in 2021, coming in after a previous superintendent quit one week into that school year. Schmolze decided to step down at the end of the week after 32 years in education.
