There’s a measles outbreak in the upstate part of South Carolina. That’s according to the state health department, which says as of Wednesday eight cases in the area had been reported. The department did not offer any more specifics on the location of the outbreak and says those infected are unvaccinated and did not have immunity from a previous measles infection.
