A book of poetry on life as a so-called "Urban Educator" is quietly circulating around the region. Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools teacher GranVille Caldwell and Cabarrus County Schools teacher Ryan Marshall wrote "Thoughts and Lamentations of Urban Education."
