A federal judge rejects the plea bargain prosecutors struck with former Enron manager Lea Fastow, the wife of Enron's former finance chief, Andrew Fastow. The judge's action caused Fastow to withdraw her guilty plea; the case is now expected to go to trial. The incident is the latest snag in prosecutors' efforts to target white-collar crime.
