Afghan Border Crackdown Seen Weakening Taliban

U.S. and Afghan officials say the limited violence over the presidential election in Afghanistan, despite threats to the contrary, is proof that the Taliban is weakening. They credit Pakistan for cracking down on insurgents in the border region. NPR's Ivan Watson reports.
