Bank of America has scored a big victory in federal court. A judge in Los Angeles has dismissed a lawsuit filed by investors who bought mortgage-back securities from Countrywide Bank, Bloomberg reports. BofA acquired Countrywide in the summer of 2008. Read the Bloomberg report here.
