The NCAA has announced that it will bring championship games back to North Carolina after the repeal of the controversial HB2 law- four North Carolina cities were announced as host cities for championships through 2022—none of them were Charlotte. We’ll talk about where those events will be held and why the Queen City was passed over.
The ACC announced, however, that Charlotte will be the site of its football championship this year, along with other championship events throughout the state.
