This is not your typical yoga class . The intention of this class is to create a space where we can come together as a community to move our bodies, expand our minds, explore our breath, and re-connect to ourselves and those around us. We focus on integrating our yoga practice off the mat into our daily lives. This is a 60 minute- all levels class yoga flow . Beginner's welcome. Come prepared to activate your voice before and after class with community discussion on your intentions, your experience, and conscious awareness topics in order to build positive habits of self care that induce growth both individually, and collectively. Find parking in designated parking areas, then walk to the amphitheater- located across the parking lot from Homebuilder's shelter and playground. What to bring: comfortable clothes, water, yoga mat (or other), and an open mind! Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check-in.
