❤️ Cheers & Chats with Hearts for the Invisible ❤️

Join us for an evening of great beer, meaningful conversations, and community impact with Hearts for the Invisible Charlotte Coalition, one of Pilot Brewing's two featured charities for August.

Meet members of the organization, learn how they're supporting Charlotte neighbors experiencing homelessness, and discover simple ways you can make a difference right here in Charlotte—all while enjoying award-winning craft beer in a welcoming atmosphere.

Throughout August, $1 from every Charity Drink sold will be donated to our featured charities. During the event, raise a glass with one of our Hearts for the Invisible-themed drinks and help support their mission.

Sip into fall at Waverly during the September Wine Walk. Enjoy wine pours, shop local favorites, and take advantage of exclusive discounts, specials, and swag from participating merchants.

Your ticket includes a swag bag and wine pours and specials at participating boutiques, including Athleta, Urbane South, Ivy & Leo, fab'rik, Mainstream Boutique, and Scout & Molly's.

Early bird tickets are $20, with onsite tickets available for $30 while supplies last. All ticket sales benefit Go Jen Go, a local nonprofit providing critical financial assistance to individuals and families in the Greater Charlotte area battling breast cancer.

This September, we will be holding our 15th Annual Golf “Fore” Families tournament and silent auction at Emerald Lake Golf Club in Matthews, NC! This is our largest event of the year, and provides our organization with the chance to connect with the community and raise funds that will go towards our mission of providing short-term crisis assistance to our neighbors in the greater Matthews community.

Through our crisis assistance programs, the Matthews HELP Center is able to offer financial and non-financial resources to prevent eviction, prevent utility disconnection, and provide our neighbors with the assistance they need to regain stability following a financial crisis (e.g., major medical expenses, job loss).
This is a Captain’s Choice tournament, and will include prizes for winning teams as well as on-course competitions such as “Closest to the Pin” and “Longest Drive.” Participants will receive a pre-tournament breakfast, post-tournament meal, and the option to participate in our silent auction featuring items and packages from local businesses.

TREO Foundation’s The Walk is the only national walk event raising awareness
about obesity and medical treatment options. This peer-to-peer fundraiser
features a “set your own pace” walk or run. Events may include exercise warmups,
healthy food-prep demonstrations, expert speakers, and information on
local obesity care options.

Our Mission
To raise funds, advance research, promote education, and
advocate for equitable care for those affected by obesity, while
fostering health and well-being inclusive solutions for all.

Why The Walk?
The CDC reports, nearly 42% of adults are affected by the disease of obesity
in the United States
Obesity can decrease life expectancy by 7-14 years
Obesity increases the risk of life-threatening conditions such as diabetes,
heart disease, stroke, sleep apnea, some cancers, complications from
COVID-19, and more

Grab your pink, green, and teal attire, and take steps at the 6th Annual Pink Cupcake Walk! Enjoy four sweet laps around the field with a mini cupcake at each stop, and help honor and celebrate survivors, fighters, and thrivers during the special Breast Cancer Lap.

Two miles can go a long way toward building a more inclusive Charlotte. The Braille Trail Walk for Independence represents more than a fundraiser. It’s a family-friendly event promoting community a community designed and open to everyone, regardless of how well you see.

Join us on Saturday, October 3, 2026 for Braille Trail Walk for Independence–our fourth annual event and our inaugural walk on the newly constructed Charlotte Braille Trail.

Every step and every dollar raised directly support programs that open doors to opportunity, connection, and choice, including accessible technology tools and training, wellness support, and individualized services. As you walk the Braille Trail, you’ll experience a unique, multi-sensory path featuring tactile sculptures and fragrant gardens. The trail represents the best of inclusive infrastructure, blending nature, art, and technology into a multisensory experience designed for everyone.

Afterward, celebrate with food, music, and mission engagement moments. Your participation makes you a partner in dismantling systemic barriers for our blind and low vision neighbors. Together, we are creating a community where everyone can thrive.
