The UNC Charlotte Race and Social Equity Fall Forum is sponsored by J. Murrey Atkins Library and the Race and Social Equity Academy (RASE) in UNC Charlotte's School of Social Work. The purpose of this forum is to address racial and social equity issues as it relates to being unhoused. Attendees will hear directly from an alum who experienced being houseless as a student. A panel discussion will feature local leaders who will share innovative strategies to eliminate the number of people being unhoused. A Zoom link and instructions will be sent to registrants prior to the event.
