Mindful Moments
Held on the first and third Friday each month, this program guides participants in a variety of mindful practices to support wellness and self-care, including breathwork, gentle yoga, energy clearing, and sound healing. No experience needed. Sessions last for 30 minutes or less, with quiet reflection time built in for those who wish to remain.
