Matthews Playhouse of the Performing Arts is thrilled to present a Pay-What-You-Can Preview Performance of Mel Brooks’ musical comedy, Young Frankenstein on Thursday July 11, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. The award-winning Broadway hit will have audiences screaming with laughter and has been described by critics as “a masterly monster mashup of comedy and dancing” that “offers an evening of gloriously impure fun” full of double-entendres and monstrous puns.

Seating is general admission and audiences will be seated on a first come, first serve basis. The recommended donation is $10 per person and a portion of the donations from the evening will benefit Time Out Youth, a local nonprofit serving LGBTQ+ youth.

Ticketed Peformances: Young Frankenstein opens at the Fullwood Theatre in Matthews, NC on Friday, July 12, 2024 and performances will run through Sunday July 28, 2024.
