Our program will focus on heart health and its impact on women, healthy heart nutrition, and a Mixed Fit session lead by Kameta Jackson of B-fit Studio! These are tools you can take with you and share with loved ones. Wear something comfortable and red to help us celebrate National Wear Red Day for heart health.
