Helen Thayer is the first woman to walk and ski to the Magnetic North Pole alone. At age 63 she crossed the Gobi Desert on foot a year after doctors told her she wouldn't walk again due to injuries from a car crash. WFAE's Lisa Miller talked with Thayer about a life spent exploring.
