When the economy is down, sales are generally up at discount stores and fast food chains. But restaurants that charge $50 for a meal have a tougher time staying afloat. They often cut back on hours, staff, and sometimes even quality. The changes at one of Charlotte 's best-known fine restaurants have been dramatic. WFAE's Julie Rose reports.
