Myers Park Graduation 'Mooner' Had Fun, But Wouldn't Do It Again

Nick De La Canal delivered a memorable performance at his graduation ceremony for Myers Park High School. He dropped his pants as he walked across the stage. No, he didn't bare all; his boxer shorts stayed on. But administrators had seen enough. De La Canal was immediately ejected, and now he's "permanently" banned from all CMS property. And he's still waiting on a key piece of paper. CMS hasn't given him his diploma. De La Canal says he will have to meet with the principal of Myers Park before he receives his diploma. He's not worried about the permanent ban. "If I do come back for a reunion in 10 years or 20 years in all honesty I don't think I would be turned away from anything." However, De La Canal says he wouldn't do the stunt again. "If I could go back, I would just walk across the stage and not do anything," he says. "It's (received) a lot of attention and it's causing a lot of trouble. I think it would just be easier on everyone if I didn't do anything."
