Over that time he served as everything from an intern to senior producer of NPR’s Election Unit. Tom also spent five years as the senior producer of NPR’s Foreign Desk where he produced and reported from Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen, Haiti, Egypt, Libya, Lebanon among others. Tom is looking forward to finally convincing his young daughter, Charlotte, that her new hometown was not, in fact, named after her.

Rob Keith possesses many years of successfully packaging and selling millions of dollars in sponsorships and media for properties and events. He started his career selling TV, radio, print and signage sponsorships for the LA Lakers and LA Kings, winning 2 NBA Championships with the Lakers, and then went on to sell nationally for TBS and TNT. He has been VP, Sponsorships and Business Development for the Seattle Supersonics, Tampa Bay Lightning and for Richard Petty Motorsports. Rob also sold sponsorships and digital activations for Live Nation and Ticketmaster.

Penda Howell is WFAE's chief revenue officer. He oversees the membership and marketing, underwriting and major giving teams.

Andy Goh is the owner and founder of GohJo Studios, a full-service podcast production and consulting company founded in 2019. Andy has been podcasting independently since 2014 and has worked with a wide range of clients including entrepreneurs, architects, churches, nonprofits and more.

Kim Tritt is the Accounting Manager at WFAE. Prior to joining WFAE, she worked for Pier 1 Imports as the SEC Reporting Manager, Crescent Real Estate LLC and Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Kim received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance at University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona.

Shalonda May is originally from Augusta, Georgia, and has lived in Charlotte for almost seven years. She graduated from Strayer University with a Bachelor’s in business administration with a concentration in accounting. Her previous employer was Dent Wizard International.

Before joining WFAE, Ray’s most recent professional experience is with Piedmont Airlines, where he worked as a Control Center Tower Agent.
