Every four years the American Society of Civil Engineers issues a report card depicting the state of America's infrastructure. They also grade each state on the condition of its transportation, railway, water supply and other systems. The latest study took place in 2013. The grades are out and they are mixed, at best. Our state, and the country as a whole, are barely passing in many areas of infrastructure needs. We talk with several civil engineers to find out about the scope of the problems and depth of need to rebuild our state.
