On the next Charlotte Talks, we go over trends in technology from net neutrality to falling tech stocks to the arrival of 5g phone service in Charlotte. We look at that and other "techy" things affecting consumers.
Technology changes come fast, and some are difficult to understand. For instance, the government has been talking about net neutrality for years but, recently the FCC decided we didn’t need that and gave permission to broadband providers to throttle their speeds. Now, Congress is taking a second look at that decision.
Meanwhile, tech stocks are under siege, particularly Facebook which suffered the largest single day loss in stock market history last week. We examine both among other techy things coming up on Charlotte Talks.
