After a soggy start on Monday, PGA Championship at Quail Hollow Club, tournament officials hope the rest of the week will be better and players can get some practice time in on the golf course. No spectators were allowed on the grounds yesterday, but Championship Director Jason Soucy said on Charlotte Talks that Monday tickets will be honored Tuesday and Wednesday.

"Everything that this grounds team has done to get this golf course in tremendous condition, we want to make sure that we kept this major championship venue in pristine condition and, and get out there," he said.

The PGA Championship is expected to draw 200,000 fans and generate more than $100 million in economic impact. The first official round is scheduled for Thursday.
