'Extraordinary Times': Ruling on Detainees' Rights

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled Thursday morning that the prisoners at Guantanamo do have the right to challenge their detention in U.S. civilian courts. The justices ruled 5-4 that the Constitutional right of habeas corpus applies to the detainees even in "extraordinary times." A separate ruling Thursday applies to the Iraq war.
