Lee discusses whether the news media should be held liable for publicizing that Jewell was a lead suspect in the July 27 bombing at Centennial Olympic Park in Atlanta. An attorney for Richard Jewell today said he expected to bring lawsuits against NBC-TV news anchor Tom Brokaw and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution newspaper for defamation of character.
