Ex-South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford is back in the news for being in South America , but this time it's all above board. He's been on vacation with his former Argentine mistress, Maria Belen Chapur, at a resort in Uruguay. Here's the AP's account. Sanford famously called Chapur his "soul mate" after the scandal broke in the summer of 2009. WFAE's Julie Rose asked Sanford about Chapur in December shortly before he left office. "I've said everything I have to say about my personal life, and then some," Sanford said in this story. But pictures say something about the relationship.
