"Can't is Not an Option" is the title of SC Governor Nikki Haley's book, due out in January. The 39-year-old freshman governor is the country's youngest and only the second Indian-American governor. She's also a Tea Party favorite and frequent guest on the conservative talk show circuit. Her book is being published by Sentinel, which is a conservative imprint of Penguin Group (USA). Haley has told the Associated Press that writing the book had been "therapeutic." It will cover her upbringing in rural SC to her contentious 2010 campaign for governor. She also told the AP she's not planning a run for national office, but her literary agent has also negotiated deals for President Barack Obama, George W. Bush and Bill Clinton. The Charlotte Observer has more.
