Oakland Aims To Lend A Hand To Aspiring Black Entrepreneurs With Pot Convictions

The sale of recreational marijuana in California becomes legal on Jan. 1. The city of Oakland is trying to pave the way for aspiring black entrepreneurs, especially those who have faced harsh consequences for selling drugs illegally.
