International Youth Exchange Youth For Understanding is one of the world's oldest, largest and most respected international student exchange organizations and Charlotte has a contingent of host families and students. We will meet a host mom and a student who has lived in several countries with different families. Organizers say that this program is essential for our evolving global experience and will have lasting impact on students competing in a more diverse work environment. We will look at the influence and benefits of international living and study.
