The sounds of Spring are all around us at Polk as we watch the birds flutter about, bees buzz and lizards' scamper. This month we are going to enjoy the harvest of strawberries! Join us for a fun day enjoying the sweetness of this wonderful fruit. Receipts will include a Strawberry syrup to create a refreshing drink and a salad with a wonderful Strawberry dressing. These receipts are sure to delight any taste bud and can easily be prepared at your house! Sadly, we can't share with visitors. Come on by and visit with the cooks and please feel free to bring your questions.
