In part 2 of the summer cooking series, volunteer Susie Worchester will share with our visitors the art of grinding spices, drying coffee and spices and preserving vegetables. All-important traits in early cooking. This will be Part 2 of 2 in this series. Demo stations will be set up and visitors can try their hand at these important tasks. Due to health regulations, visitors will not be able to sample however the history is free!
