Carolina Honduras Health Foundation (CHHF), a local nonprofit dedicated to improving overall health in the community of Colon, Honduras via health education, community development, medical referrals, and primary care clinics. We’re hosting Path to Hope Walk Charlotte 2025—a community walk on Saturday, Sept 6, 2025, at Clarks Creek Community Park from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM.
