The city of Charlotte said law enforcement will hold a multi day first responder training exercise at the Carowinds Theme Park. from October 7th through October 9th. The exercises will happen each day from 7:30 am to 5 pm. During the training there will be a heavy first responder presence in the area and residents can expect loud noises. The site will be off-limits to the public.
