A lawsuit was filed last week against Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools that if successful would prevent the completion of a land trade between the city, CMS, and Mecklenburg County. That would effectively derail an effort to build a minor league baseball stadium in the city's uptown. The lawsuit was filed by Jerry Reese, a Charlotte real estate attorney. WFAE's Scott Graf spoke with Reese and began by asking what grounds he's filing the litigation.
