In Carolina Panthers news, Matt Moore is out and rookie Jimmy Clausen is in at quarterback. Coach John Fox announced today that Clausen will start Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals. "We've got to do something to spark our passing game. Just all in all, over the course of four pre-season games and two regular season games, we've just not been getting it done," Fox said. Moore has had little success in the Panthers' first two games. He's committed six turnovers and completed only 40 percent of his passes. Clausen is a former Notre Dame quarterback who was the team's top draft pick last spring.
