GAFFNEY, S.C. (AP) - The stepmother of a 10-year-old girl whose body was dismembered and strewn around western North Carolina has been married at least seven times, including one period when she was married to three men at the same time. An Associated Press investigation finds that 42-year-old Elisa Baker had multiple overlapping marriages starting in the 1990s. She's still technically married to her fifth husband, who never sought a divorce. She was indicted in January on charges she married her current husband, Adam Baker, while still married to another man. Based on the AP's findings, though, neither marriage may have been valid. The remains of Adam's daughter, Zahra, were found last year by police. No one has been charged in her death.
