Romney Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney will be in Charlotte tomorrow to deliver what his campaign is calling a "prebuttal" to President Obama's acceptance speech at the DNC in September. The former Massachusetts governor is scheduled to speak at 3:40 at a rooftop venue called A Roof with a View. That view includes Bank of America Stadium, the site where the president will formally accept the Democratic nomination in September. The Washington Post reports that Romney's message will be, "Are you better off than you were four years ago, the last time Obama gave a convention speech?" Romney will also appear at a fund-raiser at Myers Park Country Club.
