Part Two: Audience Q&A

America’s stand on immigrants and immigration seems to be changing by the minute.  The Trump administration is taking a harder stand and questions are swirling around which undocumented immigrants this new approach may impact. The immigrant community is in a state of high anxiety.

In a special two-hour Public Conversation, we examine how these new policies differ from the old ones. We talk to law enforcement about their role in this and hear how their interactions with undocumented immigrants will change, and we hear the personal stories of those affected.

We also hear from audience members, when Mike Collins hosts a special edition of Charlotte Talks.

This special WFAE Public Conversation was broadcast live in front of an audience at McGlohon Theatre in uptown Charlotte on February 28, 2017.
