San Francisco 1906 Quake Toll Remains in Question

San Francisco was rocked by one of the most powerful earthquakes ever to hit the United States 99 years ago Monday. However, the death toll from the quake and subsequent fires in the city -- officially 478 people -- is still a matter of debate.
