FEMA to Review No-Bid Storm Cleanup Contracts

Acting Director David Paulison updates the Senate Homeland Security Committee on the Federal Emergency Management Agency's response to Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. He says the agency will review the no-bid contracts worth millions of dollars that were awarded in the immediate aftermath of the storms.
