Homeless Violinist, Journalist Forge Unlikely Friendship
Los Angeles Times columnist Steve Lopez was strolling through the city when he saw a homeless man playing classical violin. His name, Lopez discovered, is Nathaniel Ayers. And, in addition to musical talent, Nathaniel has schizophrenia.
