This year's theme is Shattering Silos: A Community Ecosystem Approach to Achieving Health Equity. We're excited to coalesce leaders in healthcare and beyond to discuss tangible ways to collaboratively advance health equity for all.

Additionally, this event will feature a silent auction to raise funds for Care Ring, a local community based organization that provides care to uninsured and underinsured community members. A percentage of all ticket sales will also be donated to Care Ring.

Lastly, we invite all attendees to join us at the Post-Event Networking Session immediately following the event at the Marquee Charlotte. Entrance to this Session is included in the ticket price.
