The mission of the Charlotte Kid's Fest is to expand educational & entertainment options for the children and their families in the Charlotte area.Our fun festival, all activities are free thanks to our lead sponsors UNC Charlotte & University City PartnersThe festival will consist of six main areas.Create Zone will focus on interactive activities such as crafts creation area and workshops. Presented by WalmartDance Zone will be the place to boogie down all day with the Chick-fil-A University Place cows and your favorite Marvel heroesDiscover Zone will host interactive performing arts experiences from dance to live music performances.Learn zone will offer interactive science activities along with other fun educational experiences. Presented by Duke EnergyPlay Zone will focus on outdoor and healthy activities from sports, games and contest. Presented by the Atrium Health FoundationGo Zone is set to feature BIG construction and emergency vehicles.Charlotte's favorite food trucks will be onsite too.
