SOUPER BOWL 2024
The Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary of Cabarrus and Stanly Counties (SAWA) along with SHOE SHOW, INC. will once again be hosting a Souper Bowl fundraiser from 11 am to 2 pm Tuesday, February 20th. Souper Bowl 2024 will be held at Central United Methodist Church, 30 Union Street North, Concord, NC 28025. Eat in or take out. Tickets are $10 each and include soup donated by local restaurants, crackers, cookie and tea/water. Tickets are available at the door the day of the event or at The Salvation Army office. Also on site, the Women’s Auxiliary will be having a bake sale and a Treasure Trove sale. The general parking entrance for the event is off Killarney and the handicapped parking off Church Street. In case of inclement weather, the date will be February 27th, 2024.

The theme of this year’s Souper Bowl is “Friends Serving Friends”. 100% of Souper Bowl funds are used to support our various programs including expenses for the Tucker Center of Hope, the Food Pantry and the Angel Tree Christmas program. With the new larger shelter (beds for 19 men, 19 women, and 6 families) in operation, the need for your support is greater than ever.
