Antique treasure hunters and resellers are invited to learn how to become the ultimate online reseller at a free workshop and treasure hunt on Oct. 25 hosted by WorthPoint and the Salvation Army.

The event will take place at The Salvation Army Charlotte Adult Rehabilitation Center beginning at 9 a.m. EDT. As part of the event, attendees go on a “Hunt for Charity” at 1:30 p.m. in the Salvation Army Warehouse for the item they believe will bring in the most money on eBay. The individual with the highest-selling find will win a grand prize from WorthPoint, and all eBay proceeds will be donated!

Attendees can learn how to research and turn a profit, identifying and selling fine art, suggested apps for easy selling, and more while networking. The event will also include a complimentary lunch.

The workshop will be presented by WorthPoint’s eBay expert seller, Eric Bradley. Eric has more than 25 years of experience buying, selling and collecting antiques, art and fine collectibles, in addition to writing or editing 12 reference books on the subject.

After the workshop, there will be an exclusive opportunity to shop for treasures in the Salvation Army store and experience the benefits of WorthPoint’s valuation tools.
