It's no secret that the Charlotte Bobcats are up for sale. The city's second NBA franchise hasn't been nearly successful as its first, the Hornets. After 6 years, owner Bob Johnson is apparently willing to throw in the towel, and news surfaced this week that a former league official from Houston is trying to buy the club. For more on the state of the franchise and what a deal could mean for Charlotte, WFAE's Scott Graf spoke with Erik Spanberg, a sports business writer for the Charlotte Business Journal.
